So, what’s in the bottle?

A 15-year-old refill bourbon Ben Nevis that’s bright, tropical, and “perfectly weird." It’s a whisky that encapsulates so much of what we love about Ben Nevis Distillery.

Nose: Apple juice, honeydew melon, rocky mineral dust, dried tobacco leaf, dunnage sacks

Taste: Sweet tropical fruits. Caramelized pineapple, kumquats, waxy pears, canned peaches, orgeat, maraschino liqueur, sweet popcorn, amarettini

Finish: Long and elusive. Grassy barley sugars, honey, delicate fresh herbs, strawberry tops, slightly resinous
