Amahagan is the brand name of the blended malts of the Nagahama Distillery in Japan, which started producing whisky in 2016. Due to the small volume of the still, together with the desire to reach a somewhat larger market, Nagahama produces blended malts under the name Amahagan, whereby its own single malt whisky is supplemented with carefully selected single malts from all over the world.
