Wardhead is one of those 'secret' brands that independent bottlers use if they are not allowed to mention the name of the distillery. And then, like Burnside, Wardhead is the brand of a 'teaspooned' blended malt: Before bottling of the single malt from one distillery a teaspoon of the single malt from another distillery is added (and even that of the teaspoon is not always true). In any case, with Wardhead it's about ... Glenfiddich with formally a teaspoon of The Balvenie.
