The Cotswolds Distillery opened its doors in 2014 in the Cotswolds, a beautiful region in England with lots of nature. In that year, the first spirit for single malt whisky was put on casks. The first batches of single malt whisky were released in 2017, followed by dozens of further bottlings. The Cotswolds also produces gin.
