Tsunuki is a distillery that opened in 2016 on the historic site in Japan that was once home to Hombo Shuzo's Kagoshima Distillery (which closed in 1984). To make their single malt whisky, the Tsunuki distillery has a mill, mash tun, five washbacks, and one pair of stills.
