Kentucky Owl was founded in 1879 by C.M. Dedman. The bourbon that the company made was already a fairly exclusive whisky with the 'subtitle': The Wise Man's Bourbon. Since 2014, the company has been led by master blender Dixon Dedman, a descendant of the founder, who then released his first batch. A high quality, artisanal Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, bottled in small batches.
