Nose: Juicy golden raisins, mangoes, fresh apples, golden kiwis, honey candies, chocolate-dipped bananas, panettone

Taste: Rich nougat, honeycomb, yellow apples, kumquats, dried pineapples, hibiscus tea, peaches, peach skins

Finish: Extremely long and inviting. Ripe plums, donut peaches, blackberries, coconut pastry

Overall: Wonderful from the first nosing. The “Irishness” is almost immediately recognizable with its inviting fruits and desserty notes. Mature thickness on the palate makes this an easy sipper. And the super-long finish means each sip lasts and lasts. We clearly need to be drinking more Old Bushmills! What a find from our friends at J.J. Corry!
