Our partner in shipping is PostNL. We have used their service for the past 5 years and they offer the best service and deliver quality. PostNL works with local delivery partners in each country. We don't know which one that will be in your specific location.
You are able to follow your package to our track & trace information page. This way you will always know where your package is located.
After you placed your order and we carefully packaged your bottles we will plan the order for delivery. At this moment you will receive an email with an order update.
This email will contain a Track & Trace link for that specific order. This can also be found in your personal information page.
Your order may be subject to local taxes and custom duties upon arrival into your country. Any additional charges of this nature are your responsibility. Duties and tax can vary wildly dependent on your country so please contact your local customs office for further information.
