casQueteers is a non-commercial, originally Dutch/Belgian group of whisky enthusiasts who buy and share whisky casks. Each cask is owned by 10 to 40 members. There are now about 800 members worldwide. Every now and then, you will find a casQueteers bottling on the shelves of our shop.
Don't be distracted by the label; pay attention to the contents of this bottle. It is a Royal Brackla single malt whisky bottled by the Belgian-Dutch casQueteers. It matured for 15 years in a hogshead and was bottled at a cask strength of 53.1%.
The Dutch-Belgian whisky club casQueteers produced two single cask bottlings of the German Saillt Mór single malt whisky in March 2023. This is one of them. The whisky matured for 10 years in a cask that previously held Heaven Hill bourbon. (56.5% ABV)
Near Dürkheim in the German Pfalz is the Destillerie Ralf Hauer, producer of the Saillt Mór single malt whisky. Curious about that whisky? Whiskyclub casQueteers bottled a 9-year-old that matured in a Jack Daniels cask. A total of 295 bottles at 57%.
