Fox Fitzgerald Whisky Trading was founded in 2010 by two gentlemen, tried and tested in the whisky world, who call themselves Smith & Jones. You could call the company a whisky service provider (from sourcing & supplying to developing brands and providing logistical assistance). Most interesting to us is that Fox Fitzgerald is also a whisky bottler and blender with brands like Rest & Be Thankful and Peat's Beast.
For their Vintage Cask Mercury's Selection series, Fox Fitzgerald bottled this Islay single malt whisky in 2019, especially for Taiwan. One of 253 bottles of a 30 year old bourbon aged 51.8% strong and peated Islay malt is now in our shop for sale!
