Fox Fitzgerald Whisky Trading was founded in 2010 by two gentlemen, tried and tested in the whisky world, who call themselves Smith & Jones. You could call the company a whisky service provider (from sourcing & supplying to developing brands and providing logistical assistance). Most interesting to us is that Fox Fitzgerald is also a whisky bottler and blender with brands like Rest & Be Thankful and Peat's Beast.
In 2015, the Scottish Rest & be Thankful Whisky Company released this 10-year-old Bruichladdich single malt whisky. The Islay malt matured in a Cadiz wine cask and was bottled at cask strength. And with 65.2%, 'strength' is the right word here!
