Founded in Edinburgh in 2020, Keeble Cask Company is a broker of whisky casks and they also bottle whisky under the Fragrant Drops brand.
This Fragrant Drops bottling, naturally bearing an etched-like label, is a 12-year-old Balblair single malt whisky. The Highlander has been finished for a full three years in a Sauternes wine barrique and is bottled at 58.2% cask strength in 274 bottles.
Cambus's turbulent history as a grain distillery dates back to 1836 and ended with its closure in 1993. Fortunately, bottlings of this single-grain whisky are still being released, such as this Fragrant Drops. (40 years old, sherry-matured, 45.6% ABV)
Dailuaine is a Speyside distillery whose single malt whisky isn't very well-known because most of it disappears in blended whisky. Fortunately, there are bottlings like this Fragrant Drops! This 10-year-old malt is finished in a tequila cask. (58.9% ABV)
Glen Garioch is a single malt whisky with a distinctive, fruity character, distilled in one of Scotland's oldest distilleries. You can certainly taste that character in this Fragrant Drops bottling. The whisky matured for 13 years in a bourbon cask. 58.2%
We don't often have corn whisky on offer, so we're thrilled with this Fragrant Drops bottling! It's a 16-year-old Kentucky corn whisky from the American Heaven Hill Distillery, matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel, bottled at 59.9% ABV cask strength.
Since 2021, the Keeble Cask Company in Edinburgh has been active as a cask broker and bottler. In 2025, they released this 50-year-old Invergordon single grain whisky. The grain first matured in a refill and then in a first-fill bourbon cask. (46% ABV)
In 2010, Port Dundas grain distillery closed its doors. Fortunately, we can still enjoy their beloved single-grain whisky through bottlings like this one from Fragrant Drops. The Lowland grain matured for 21 years in a bourbon cask. Bottled at 57.3% ABV.
This Fish Label edition proves that high-quality bottlings are produced under the Fragrant Drops brand: a Strathclyde single-grain whisky matured for 30 years in a refill bourbon cask. An active cask (see the 40.3%) indicates a complex flavour palette.
