Ledaig 2007 Ian Macleod

In 2018 bottler Ian Macleod released this 10 year old Ledaig single malt whisky. Matured in special French wine casks. Together with Ledaig's earthy, peaty profile, the cask influence resulted in a special flavor combination. Taste it for yourself! (46%)

Smokehead Rum Rebel Ian Macleod

This rum-finished Smokehead isn't all about peat and smoke. The Islay single malt whisky bottled by Ian Macleod has depth and is complex. The rum finish provides fruity and vibrant notes. All in all a very drinkable and original combination. At 46%.

Glenburgie 1998 Ian Macleod

Ian Macleod Distillers Ltd. have a good reputation for their bottlings and blends. Some years ago they bottled two bourboncasks of 19 year old Glenburgie single malt-whisky at 46%. We now have a botlle of that edition in our shop. So take your chance!

Islay Storm Limited Release

With this bottle you get a peated Islay single malt whisky for a reasonable price. Bottler The Vintage Malt Whisky Company does not mention from which distillery this whisky comes. Can you find out?

Bruichladdich 1991 Ian Macleod

Quite a special Bruichladdich edition, this 2016 bottling by Ian Macleod. The single malt whisky was bottled long before the distillery became known. It matured for 25 years in 2 bourbon hogsheads and was bottled at a cask strength of 48.1%. Interested?

Glen Elgin 2008 Ian Macleod

Not very well known, the Glen Elgin single malt whisky. Perhaps this Chieftain’s bottling from Ian Macleod is a good bottle for a further introduction to this Speysider. It is a quite young Glen Elgin, aged in a bourbon cask and bottled at 46%.

BenRiach 1997 Ian Macleod

Still vatted before the 2002 closure of the Speyside distillery BenRiach (which reopened in 2004). In 2019, Ian Macleod bottled this single malt whisky at an age of 21 after it was finished in rum casks. So, quite a special bottle, you could say! (46%)

Macduff 1991 Ian Macleod

The bottlings of single malt whisky distillery Macduff come under the name Glen Deveron. Independent bottlings such as this one from Ian Macleod are called Macduff. And this is quite a special Macduff, with its 27 years of maturation in a sherry cask.

Auchentoshan 1993 Ian Macleod

From the bourbon cask on which this Auchentoshan single malt whisky aged for 25 years, Ian Macleod bottled 182 bottles at cask strength (50.5%). The bottles are released in the Dun Bheagan series. Lowlander Auchentoshan is known for triple distillation.

Smokehead nas 43% Ian Macleod

According to some, this Smokehead Islay single malt whisky is young Caol Ila finished in Ardbeg casks. Perhaps. In any case, this is a beautiful, uncomplicated and pleasantly drinkable dram for the smoky whisky lover. At 43%.
