Liquid Treasures is a brand of the German liquor trader eSpirits. Under this brand they bring single cask bottlings of Scottish whisky to the market that are not only of good quality, but also stand out for their beautiful labels. The German bottler Liquid Treasures is known for its beautiful labels, but certainly also for the quality of its bottlings, such as this Ben Nevis single malt. The classic Highlander matured for 15 years in a bourbon cask and is bottled at 56.9% ABV.
Despite its high alcohol content (62.7%), this Bunnahabhain single malt bottled by Liquid Treasures is very drinkable. The Islay whisky matured for 17 years in a first-fill Oloroso cask. It is fruity, with notes of dark chocolate, leather, and tobacco.
