In 2017 he founded The Whisky Cellar together with Stephen Gorman. With their bottlings, the quality is always paramount, their selection is to enjoy, as stated on the website. The House Malts is a series of whiskies that are very accessible in terms of price, bottled at 40 to 43%. The other bottlings are at cask strength.
