Baker’s is a label of bourbon producer Jim Beam. Under this label Jim Beam distills a bourbon which, from the standard mash, is fermented with a different yeast than normal and also comes out of the kettle at a lower alcohol percentage. This gives the Baker’s whiskey an extra subtle character.
