A brand of the New Zealand Whisky Company that bought the remaining casks of the New Zealand Willowbank Distillery, which closed in 1997. Dunedin is a blend of 70% single malt and 30% grain whisky (made from unmalted barley) and aged for 6 years in bourbon and 12 years in New Zealand red wine casks made of French oak. Bottled at 40%.
