Evan Williams is the brand name under which Heaven Hill Distillery releases a bourbon whiskey that has matured extra long. The brand is a tribute to Evan Williams who in 1783 opened the Kentucky’s First Distillery on the banks of the Ohio River.
In 2015, this 10-year-old Evan Williams single cask bottling was released in the Single Barrel Vintage series. A classic Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey with the characteristic influence of the charred American oak cask in which it matured. (43.3%)
