Hériose is the whisky brand of the French Maison Boinaud, a cognac distillery that has been located in the French Grande Champagne since 1640. Following an idea from the French-Scottish distiller Rémi Boinaud, the family business now also produces single malt whisky. The first bottlings were released in 2022, under the Hériose brand. The whisky is distilled from French barley and matured in bourbon casks.
