Hibiki is the name for a blended whisky with Yamazaki and Hakushu single malt whisky and grain whisky from Chita, all three Japanese distilleries and all three owned by the Japanese beverage giant Suntory. The three whiskies are blended in casks in which first Japanese plum wine matured. The Hibiki blend therefore tastes extra soft and fruity.
