Old Potrero is a rye whiskey made by the Anchor Distilling Company in San Francisco according to an 18th century recipe. Old Potrero is distilled from 100% rye malt in a pot still, which is quite special in itself. The new make spirit then matures for more than 2 years in uncharred oak casks.
