Rabbit Hole Distilling was founded around 2015 in Louisville, Kentucky by psychologist Kaveh Zamanian who was captivated by bourbon whiskey and its history. His craft bourbon is made from four grains (corn, barley, wheat, and rye). The distillery also produces rye whiskey, gin, and vodka.
