Saint & Peat is the humorous brand name for bottlings released by Dutch bottler Van Wees for the in The Netherlands traditional Saint Nicholas Festival (Saint). These are bottlings of heavily peated (Peat) Islay single malt whisky. (Saint Nicholas is the ancestor of Santa-Claus.)
