The Belgian Owl is the brand under which The Owl Distillery, located in the Belgian Hesbaye, produces single malt whisky. In 2004 the first spirit distilled by The Owl was put on cask, in 2007 the first bottles with The Belgian Owl label were filled. In 2013, the distillery takes over the stills from the closed Speyside Caperdonich distillery. The Belgian Owl whisky is made from barley from the area.
