Thy Whisky Distillery is a Danish farm distillery and family business, located on the Gyrup estate between Thy National Park and the North Sea coast. The whisky is distilled traditionally from organic grains. Also, the cask storage is on the Gyrup farm. The distillery was founded in 2010, and since 2019 the entire process of whisky making and maturation takes place 100% on the farm.

This Thy single malt whisky from Denmark matured in carefully selected PX casks; the spirit is distilled from barley harvested from the land around the distillery. This resulted in a whisky with an oily mouthfeel and smoky and sherry notes. (58.3%)
The Danish Thy Whisky Distillery is a traditional and organic farm distillery. The entire whisky-making process takes place on the farm. This results in, for example, this bourbon and PX and Oloroso-matured single malt whisky: sweet, rich and fruity (48%)
Perhaps not the first, but certainly one of the very few whiskies that is partly distilled from spelt. Rye, barley and spelt are the grains for this bottling from the Thy Whisky Distillery, grains from their own soil. Aged in American oak. (48.5%)
