Although the Craigellachie distillery came into production at the end of the 19th century and produced a lot of single malt whisky over the years, this Speysider remained a low profile for a long time. Not one of the big whisky names, so to speak. It wasn't until 2004 that Craigellachie launched its first distillery bottling. Of course, independent bottlings were released earlier.
