White Heather Distillers Ltd. was once a leading brand in Europe. Acquiring this brand in 1974 was Pernod Ricard's first foray into Scotch whisky. For rather vague reasons, the brand disappeared in the 1980s. However, the rather tacky, chunky, square bottles are now a popular collector's item.
