Thy Whisky Distillery is a Danish farm distillery and family business, located on the Gyrup estate between Thy National Park and the North Sea coast. The whisky is distilled traditionally from environmentally friendly grown grains. Also, the cask storage is on the Gyrup farm. The distillery was founded in 2010, and since 2019, the entire process of whisky making and maturation has taken place 100% on the farm.
