In 2014, Whisky AGE started as a whisky gelato (whisky ice cream) seller in Tainan City, Taiwan. In 2018, they launched their first bottling brand, The Whisky Blues, and in 2021, they also started bottling whisky under the name Whisky AGE. The Whiskybase shop is an importer of both brands. In addition, Whisky AGE also imports various independent bottlings.
