Nose:
Barley sugar, sweet cereals, ripe pears, and orange zest. Dried pineapple, strawberry jam. Riesling-like florals, chamomile, heather, and a touch of rooibos.
Palate:
Thick, oily, and lively on the tongue. Milky and malty sweetness. Apple pie, vanilla custard, rock sugar. Fennel, mint, and a hoppy, resinous mid-palate. Overripe bananas, apples, orange blossoms, and some Belgian Tripel.
Finish:
Medium-long and sweet. Honeyed grains, citrus peels, floral notes, and powdered chocolate.
