Glencadam was founded two centuries ago in the East Highlands, but until the early 2000s, there wasn't a single distillery bottling. Now, however, there are several, such as this 15-year-old, bourbon-matured single malt. Now with a new label. (46% ABV)

In 2013, the two-century-old Highland distillery Glencadam bottled a limited edition of this Reserva de Jerez, a 15-year-old single malt whisky, finished in Oloroso sherry casks. An easy-drinking dram, intense and with an oily mouthfeel. (46% ABV)
How long this whisky matured is unknown, but we do know it was finished in white port casks, which is quite rare. This single malt from the two-century-old Glencadam Distillery in the East Highlands was bottled in 2023 at 46% ABV.
Founded in 2011, south of Dublin, Glendalough Distillery distils single malt and single grain whisky that matured in bourbon and is finished in sometimes very special wood. This is a blend of malt and grain, finished in a Calvados XO cask. (42% ABV)

This is a blended Irish whiskey, released as a single cask bottling by Glendalough. It is a blend of single malt and grain whiskey, both distilled in their own distillery. The blend matured in a bourbon cask and is finished in a Madeira cask. (42% ABV)
The young Glendalough Distillery near Dublin specializes in maturing and finishing their craft whisky in special casks. This single pot still whiskey is finished in a cask made from an oak that stood in Ireland's Wicklow Mountains. Bottled 43%.
A fine example of what Glendronach is famous for: sherried whiskies. Let this 12-year-old 'breathe' for a few minutes, and then taste the nice balance between the spirit and the PX and oloroso casks on which it matured. For a reasonable price. At 43%.
You can immediately see from the colour of this 15-year-old Glendronach that it matured in sherry casks, in this case Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks. The Highland distillery is renowned for its sherried whisky, and rightly so, as is evident here! (46%)
With this Platinum edition, bottled for the South African market, Glendronach Distillery honours its founder, James Allardice. The single malt whisky matured for 16 years in Oloroso sherry casks and was released in 2014 at 48% ABV in 750ml bottles.
Besides the sherry influences that permeate this Glendronach single malt, this whisky also bears the influence of the Marsala casks in which it was finished, all beautifully balanced. The Highlander matured for 18 years in European oak casks. (46% ABV)
James Eadie's tribute to classic whiskies from Great Britain and Ireland naturally includes a Glendullan. This 12-year-old Speyside single malt whisky matured in a first-fill bourbon cask. A creamy dram with notes of honey and fresh fruit. (52.3%)
Also in terms of price this 10 year old Glenfarclas is a fine 'entry-level' single malt. Light, fruity 'Speyside' tones combined with malt, a hint of smoke and the sweetness of sherry make this whisky easy to drink. At 40%.
This is a Glenfarclas as you'd imagine a Glenfarclas single malt whisky. The Speysider matured in sherry casks before being bottled in 2012 at a robust 60% ABV. Rich and complex, with a well-balanced sherry influence. And at a budget price.
The Glenfarclas 105 - Aged 12 Years is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Speyside distillery. Fully matured in sherry casks and bottled at a sturdy 60% ABV, this 12-year-old is richer, milder and more mature than the 'regular' 105.
This one-litre bottle gives you a generous dose of Glenfarclas for a very reasonable price. This Speyside single malt was bottled for sale at airports, but we also stock it in our shop. The whisky matured for 11 years in sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV.

Family-owned distillery Glenfarclas is known for its sherried single malt whisky. One of their standard bottlings is the 17 year old malt. This is the 2020 edition, matured in oloroso sherry casks. A mature sherried dram for a reasonable price! (43%)
In 2011, Glenfarclas celebrated its 175th anniversary with this bottling: a mix of strongly sherried single malt whiskies from the 1950s and 1960s (the oldest cask from 1952!) and fruitier malts from subsequent years. A festive bottling for sure! (43%)
