Le Gus’t is a French family business, importer of, among other things, rum, gin and beer, and since 2015 also an independent whisky bottler. The single cask bottlings on cask strength released so far are highly appreciated. Le Gus’t does some bottling together with Scottish bottler Signatory Vintage.
A port cask matured Ben Nevis from 1990. Giving this the faint red hue. First matured for 12 years in sherry casks. After that matured for 15 years in a port pipe.
More and more whisky lovers are getting a taste for the Staoisha single malt whisky, the peated Bunnahabhain version. For them, this Le Gus't bottling is a great option. The Staoisha matured for 11 years on a first-fill bourbon cask. (56.0% cask strength)
