Sometime around 2015, three Dutch whisky enthusiasts decided to build their own collection of casks of fine whiskies in order to bottle their contents at the right time. They wanted to provide other whisky lovers with good whiskies for a good price. There is now a collection of about a hundred casks, and the bottling company is now run by one of the founders. The other two help with the evaluation of samples. In addition, the decision may be made that re-racking can just give a certain whisky the final push. And then that whisky is transferred into carefully selected casks.
