Stirk Consultants Co. Ltd., a consultancy for the whisky business, is the brainchild of David Stirk, former owner of the Creative Whisky Company and author of several books on whisky. On the occasion of the launch of his book Independent Scotch - The History of Independent Bottlers, Stirk himself released six independent bottlings under the label The Independent Selection.
Stirk Consultants Co. David Stirk released in a one-off series not only single malt and grain whisky but also blended Scotch whisky, as we see here. Rumor has it that this 12-year-old blend is a pre-blended Famous Grouse. Who knows...(50%)
