The Uncharted Whisky Company was founded by the Scotsman Jack Breslin and the Dutch-German Dana de Vos, who have been working together for many years in all kinds of fields in the whisky world. The 'Uncharted' is especially looking for special casks with special whisky to bottle them at the right time. The company is also a cask broker.
This is a single grain whisky from the versatile Loch Lomond distillery. The grain matured for 28 years in two ex-bourbon casks filled with the same spirit on the same day, before Uncharted Whisky bottled it in April 2025 at 48% as Caledonian Dreaming.
