Dingle is the brand of the young, artisan The Dingle Whiskey Distillery, based in, yes, Dingle, Ireland. The first casks of this family business were filled at the end of 2012; three years later, the first cask was bottled. The distillery uses three different pot stills in the production of its whiskey (or 'whiskey' in Ireland), with a focus on quality and not quantity. Dingle has already launched dozens of single malt whiskies on the market. Dingle also produces gin and vodka.
This is a single cask bottling from The Dingle Whiskey Distillery, especially for the Dutch market. The traditionally produced single malt whisky matured for 8 years in a PX sherry cask. For those who want to try a nice Irish sherried whisky. (58.5%)
