The Hinch Distillery is located south of Belfast, Northern Ireland. This young distillery has the ambition to establish itself as key innovators in the world of Irish whiskey on the basis of a traditional process. In addition to grain and single malt whisky (and blends thereof) and single pot still whisky, Hinch also produces gin.
