Jack Ryan is the brand under which the Irish whiskey finisher Jack Ryan Whiskey Company releases Irish single malt whiskey that is matured and finished in the firm's own casks. In 1913, the Ryan family, which had a number of pubs in Dublin, started finishing Irish whiskey. The spirit for their whiskeys comes from what the Ryans call 'small quality producers'. The Jack Ryan whiskeys are finished in classic, but also in more experimental casks.
