The PUNI distillery, founded in 2010 in the Italian part of South Tyrol, released its first bottling in 2015. In addition to single malt, the distillery also produces blended malt and single pot still whisky.
In South Tyrol, Italy, the unique Puni distillery has been producing whisky since 2014. This Fragrant Drops release is a great opportunity to get acquainted with their product. It's a single pot still whisky (!) finished in an Oloroso quarter cask. 53.4%
