In 2014, in Switzerland, whisky enthusiast Selim Evin started bottling specialty whiskies under the Chapter 7 label, a name inspired by English literature. In the years that followed, several Chapter 7 bottlings were awarded the Liquid Gold Awards and a gold medal from the Whiskies of the World Awards 2017. A few years ago, the bottler also started blend malt whiskies.
Chapter 7 has moved to Scotland to be able to search even better for special whisky's and then release them as single cask or small batch bottling, always at cask strength.
