In 2015 the first single malt whisky that was distilled in the pot stills of Eden Mill was released. Eden Mill was established as the first single-site distillery and brewery in Scotland: they make whisky, gin and beer. The company, based in St. Andrews, Lowlands, wants to combine modern production methods with traditional, artisanal techniques. Eden Mill experiments with finishing and also releases blends and whisky in small bottles.
