Located in Denmark, Thy Distillery may be relatively new to the scene, but their whisky is already making an impression. What sets them apart? At this “Single Estate distillery,” every step of the whisky-making process happens right on-site. From growing the barley to malting, distilling, maturing, and bottling, Thy handles it all in-house. Jacob, the owner and whisky maker, will be in Rotterdam with us to shed light on their distinctive approach during this tasting event.
