Mars Maltage Cosmo

This Maltage from the Japanese Shinshu Mars distillery is a blend of single malt whiskies. Of course there is a single malt from Shinshu itself. But also Scottish malt. It is a rich, well-balanced, non-complex and pleasantly drinkable whisky.

Old Pulteney 18-year-old

This is a core bottling from Highland distillery Old Pulteney. This 18-year-old single malt whisky is clearly finished in quality sherry casks. Full of flavor, smooth and mild, with the sherry notes harmoniously in balance with the Old Pulteney character.

Kingsbarns Dream to Dram

Dream to Dram is the first official release of the new Lowlands distillery Kingsbarns. The Scottish Wymess family converted a historic farm into a distillery near the coast in Fife. This new release is made from local barley from East Five.

Glenrothes 12-year-old

If you like sweet and fruit, a little spicy, then this 12-year-old standard Glenrothes comes into the picture. Matured in sherry casks, filled at 40%, and at a reasonable price, this Speyside malt is a good choice.

Glenrothes 10-year-old

The youngest in the new core series of The Glenrothes. Matured in sherry casks for 10 years, but not a heavily sherried whisky. Lots of fruity and sweet notes, honey and even a hint of cheese. A good introduction to this Speyside distillery.

Wolfburn Northland

Already a standard name in the repertoire of the Wolfburn Distillery: Northland. This single malt is aged in casks that were first used by an Islay distillery (Laphroaig according to rumors). That gives a touch of smoke to this young whisky.

Lot No. 40 NAS

This Canadian rye whisky is made from locally harvested rye and distilled in two rounds in pot-stills. De Lot No. 40 is intense in aroma and taste. Of course there are notes of rye bread, but also of oak, herbs and vanilla. A classic rye whisky!

Juveniles Limited Edition Compass Box

Created from Strathmill, Balmenach, Clynelish and Glendullan from different cask types. Giving the whisky zesty, crisp barley sugar and pear drop notes against rich vanilla and soft herbal notes.

Tomintoul 10-year-old

Tomintoul whisky has a light profile. Almost the entire production is for the blends, but 2% is bottled as single malt. Like this 10 year old. With its floral, fresh-fruity notes and hints of wood, honey and vanilla a nice 'all day dram'.

Bowmore Legend

An 'entry model' this Bowmore Legend. For those who want to get to know this medium-smoky Islay single malt whisky. Or for those who always want to have a standard Bowmore in the cupboard. Matured in bourbon barrels and bottled at 46%.

1792 Small Batch

Under the 1792 Small Batch label, Barton 1792 Distillery, located in the heart of Bourbon country, releases this straight bourbon whiskey. The bourbon matured on American new oak, and is bottled at cask strength. A real bourbon, this 1792!

North Port 1981 Brechin Signatory Vintage

Rare! Almost forgotten! Very tasty! To celebrate their 30th birthday, Signatory Vintage released this special bottling: a 36-year-old sherry cask matured North Port / Brechin single malt whisky. At cask strength of course. A collector's item.

Caol Ila 13-year-old Gordon & MacPhail

This Caol Ila bottling in the Discovery series by Gordon & MacPhail has aged for 13 years in clearly active bourbon casks. In this Islay single malt whisky you will find notes of vanilla, caramel, fruit and leather, and salty peat smoke and iodine.

Miltonduff 10-year-old Gordon & MacPhail

A successful example of a 'modern' sherryed single malt whisky, this 10-year-old Macduff from Gordon & MacPhail. Aroma and taste are uncomplicated, with clearly recognizable sherry tones. A pleasantly drinkable dram for an evening with friends!

Lower East Side Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

R&B Distillers is a young company with 2 new distilleries (on Raasay and in the Lowlands). Due to the rule of at least 3 years of maturation, they cannot release whisky yet, so they release products such as this blend of other Scottish single malt whiskys

Miltonduff 15-year-old

Much of the Miltonduff single malt whisky disappears in the Ballantine’s blends. To promote their own single malt, the Speyside distillery released this bottling. A 15-year-old soft, balanced and pleasantly drinkable dram.

Bladnoch Samsara - Batch 4/5

Released on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of Bladnoch Distillery. This single malt is a mix of whisky that matured on bourbon and Samsara wine casks. This resulted in a complex, yet easily drinkable dram. Not a moment boring, this Bladnoch.

Elijah Craig Small Batch - New bottle

This Elijah Craig bourbon whiskey is a Small Batch release. The small batch process provides a more balanced and smooth whiskey. This pleasant, warm bourbon from the Heaven Hill family matured in charred oak barrels and has an ABV of 47%.

Highland Park 12-year-old - Viking Honour

For those who are not familiar with Highland Park, or with single malt whisky in general, this 12-year-old Viking Honor is a nice introduction. This bottling covers the entire HP profile, with subtle peat smoke and sherry notes, heather, honey and vanilla

Rosebank 1981 Rare Malts Collection - bottle 1367

A 20-year-old Lowland single malt, from the currently closed distillery and soon to be re-opened. Distilled at the Rosebank distillery in 1981 and bottled in May 2002 for the Rare Malts series. In excellent condition including the inner folder.

Bladnoch 1977 Rare Malts Selection - bottle 3140

The Bladnoch distillery was once known as the 'Queen of the Lowlands'. So it's unsurprising that a Bladnoch single malt whisky appeared in the renowned Rare Malts Selection. This 23-year-old malt was bottled in 2001. ( 53.6%, top of the box is damaged)
