Although the Cambus grain distillery closed 30 years ago, bottlings of the single-grain whisky still appear every now and then. This one is from Signatory Vintage. The whisky matured for 31 years in a refill Oloroso sherry cask and is bottled at 50.5%.

We don't know exactly how much longer this Jim Beam Kentucky straight bourbon matured than normal, but it does have an extra intense taste. A very pleasant drinkable bourbon whiskey. This Jim Beam Black is also extra attractive because of the nice price!
Ledaig single malt whisky is the peated version of the whisky distilled by the Tobermory Distillery. Ledaig is known for its earthy, farm-like tones. Those notes are also reflected in this bottling, which is extra complex due to 18 years of maturation.
A very affordable Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, distilled in the traditional way. That's this Heaven Hill Old Style Bourbon. This whisky matured in new American oak casks, of course. A great bourbon for an evening with friends. (40%)
Rye whisky mainly comes from the US and Canada. However, this is a 'single rye' whisky from the Danish Stauning, finished in a Moscatel cask and bottled at cask strength by Berry Bros & Rudd. At 4 years old, a young whisky, but with a mature taste palette
The bottlings of Decadent Drinks co-founder Angus MacRaild are released under the WhiskySponge label. So is this 24-year-old Ardmore single malt whisky. The Highlander matured in a refill bourbon cask and is bottled in 250 bottles at cask strength (52.4%)
'Resfeber' is the wave of emotions you feel at the start of a great journey. Does The Lakes Distillery refer to the feeling just before you open a bottle of this single malt whisky? The whisky matured in cream sherry and red wine casks. (46.6%)
In the Symington's Choice series we have seen some stellar bottlings. The vaults of Signatory seem to contain endless hidden treasures. A 1997 aged for 25 years, almost hitting the 90 point mark. We have no doubt this will be good!

The Glasgow Distillery distills its single malt whisky twice, as most Scottish distilleries do. But sometimes they distill their whisky three times. That produces a softer, lighter dram. This is one of those. Matured in bourbon and virgin oak casks. (46%)
