Deanston 10-year-old - Bordeaux Finish

A special bottling from Highland distillery Deanston. The special thing is the finish: the single malt whisky has matured for a while in casks in which red burgundy previously matured. That gives this 10-year-old malt extra fruity notes. At 46.3% ABV.

Deanston 15-year-old - Tequila Cask Finish

Here's another special edition from Highland-distillery Deanston. They previously released 15-year-old bottlings that were finished in Marsala or Sauternes casks; here the single malt whisky was finished in Tequila casks. And that is quite special! 52.5%

Deanston 1997 Archives 52.7%

This bottle is from an Archives bottling, especially for the USA. Bottled in 2019 in 270 bottles at 750ml, the Deanston single malt whisky matured for 21 years in a bourbon cask. As usual with Archives bottlings, the Highlander is at cask strength (52.7%)

Deanston Virgin Oak

Matured in virgin oak casks, this timeless Deanston, but with not too much of the sharpness that new oak brings to whisky. This is a light, not very complex malt with notes of vanilla, honey, spices, fresh sawdust. At 46.3%.

Deanston Virgin Oak Cask Strength

This single malt whisky from the southern Highland distillery Deanston is finished in new oak casks for up to a year and then bottled at a cask strength of 58.5%. A waxy mouthfeel with notes like butterscotch, honey, pudding, green apple and wood.

Dingle 10-year-old

This Dingle 10 Years Old is a standard bottling from Ireland's Dingle distillery. The single malt matured in a combination of three cask types: bourbon (65%), port (30%), and PX (5%). This resulted in a dram with a complex aroma and flavour palette. 46.5%

Duvel Moortgat 10-year-old - Finished in Marsala casks

The Duvel Moortgat Brewery is known for its beer, but sometimes, it also distils whisky. This Celebration Bottle was released in 2023. The 10-year-old, bourbon and sherry-aged, marsala-finished single malt whisky was bottled in this nice bottle at 40%.

In 2021, the Duvel Moortgat brewery released a distillate of their famous beer, aged for 10 years in bourbon and muscatel casks. It was a bottling to celebrate the brewery's 150th anniversary, in bottles shaped like upside-down beer glasses. (40%)

To celebrate its 200th anniversary, Highland distillery Edradour is releasing this very affordable Distillery Edition. The single malt whisky matured for 10 years in Oloroso sherry casks, after being hand-distilled in the picturesque distillery. (46% ABV)

Edradour 12-year-old - Cask Strength #7

This is already the seventh batch of Edradour's heavily sherried, 12-year-old single malt whisky bottled at cask strength. In this series, the Highland whisky matures in 1st- and 2nd-fill Oloroso sherry casks. This batch is bottled at a robust 59.0% ABV!

Edradour 2011 Ultimate - Cask 33

And yet another strongly sherried Edradour single malt whisky from bottler Van Wees. And again in their Cask Strength series. This malt from the Southern Highlands aged for 9 years in an active sherry cask and is bottled at 58.4%. For the 'sherry lover’!

Edradour 2012 - 1st Fill Cabernet Sauvignon

In early 2025, Scotland's Little Gem, Highland distillery Edradour, bottled this 12-year-old single malt whisky, matured in three fresh Cabernet Sauvignon casks. It's a balanced dram, without the influence of the wine casks being overpowering. (48.2%)

Edradour 2012 - 1st Fill St. Michael Eppan Pinot Noir Casks

This Edradour single malt whisky matured for nearly 13 years in four select Pinot Noir casks. The Highlander is bottled from these casks at a strength of 48.2% ABV. It's a fruity dram (think red fruit, apple juice, grapes, and berries) with woody notes.

Edradour 2014 - 1st Fill Sauvignon Finish

This 10-year-old bottling from Highland distillery Edradour is finished in two select Italian first-fill Sauvignon Blanc casks. This has resulted in a beautifully balanced, rich, and intense single malt whisky. Released in a limited edition. (48.2% ABV)

Edradour 2015 Signatory Vintage - Cask 299

Is this an independent or a distillery bottling? The bottler is Signatory Vintage, which also owns the Edradour Distillery. It doesn't matter; this is simply a beautifully sherried, 10-year-old, pleasantly drinkable single malt for a nice price. (46%)

Fettercairn Distillery's ability to deliver delightful surprises is once again proven by this Symington's Choice from Signatory Vintage. This single malt whisky matured for 29 years in a bourbon cask, reaching a remarkably high 59.8% ABV. A real winner!

Fettercairn 2011 Chapter 7

Fettercairn works with traditional distillation equipment but uses an unorthodox technique to cool the stills, resulting in a 'lighter' spirit. The single malt whisky in this Chapter 7-bottling matured for 11 years in a bourbon cask. (51.6% cask strength)

Filliers 10-year-old

This single malt whisky is a kind of scoop. It is the 1st whisky under that name by the Belgian distillery Filliers, in a limited edition. This single malt is 10 years old and aged in classic sherry casks made of European oak. Bottled at 43%.

Filliers 15-year-old

This 15-year-old single malt from the Belgian Filliers is certainly a whisky with a distinctive character; the distillery profile is clearly recognisable. The influence of the first-fill sherry casks in which the whisky matured is also unmistakable. (43%)
