Glenfiddich Project XX

In a secret session, 20 whisky connoisseurs each picked out a cask of Glenfiddich malt whisky. There were casks such as port pipes, bourbon barrels and virgin oak. The contents of the 20 casks together yielded this Project XX bottling. A unique edition!

Glen Garioch 12-year-old

A nice, robust standard whisky from this Highland distillery. Matured in bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at 48%. And that at a very acceptable price. That you pronounce Glen Garioch as Glen Geeree does not matter then.

Glen Garioch Founder's Reserve

A pleasant and fairly complex standard bottling, this Founder’s Reserve from Glen Garioch. This malt combines the tones and tastes of the spirit and the bourbon and sherry casks on which it matured in a surprising way. At 48%.

Glen Scotia Double Cask

With this 'ageless' bottling, Campbeltown distillery Glen Scotia sets an example of a good balance between bourbon and sherry influences of the casks on which this malt whisky matured. A nice and affordable introduction to Glen Scotia!

Glen Elgin 12-year-old

Not very well known, the Speyside distillery Glen Elgin, but with this 12-year-old standard bottling they present a nice and affordable 'entry-level' single malt. Not too heavy, not too complex, and therefore very pleasant to drink. At 43%.

Eagle Rare 10-year-old

If you want a bourbon for a reasonable price that exceeds the average bourbon whiskeys , then this Eagle Rare is for you: a single barrel bottling, aged 10 years in new American oak. He has everything a good bourbon must have.

Deanston Virgin Oak

Matured in virgin oak casks, this timeless Deanston, but with not too much of the sharpness that new oak brings to whisky. This is a light, not very complex malt with notes of vanilla, honey, spices, fresh sawdust. At 46.3%.

Finlaggan Cask Strength The Vintage Malt Whisky Co Ltd.

For those who want to try a smoky Islay single malt whisky at cask strength, this Finlaggan is, the price considered, a good entry-level model. Any smoky Islay whiskey can be found behind the Finlaggan label. We don't know which one is in this bottling.

Connemara Distillers Edition

A peated Irish single malt whiskey that has been distilled 2 instead of 3 times, and then matured in bourbon and sherry casks. You don't often come across drams like this Connemara,! And then it is also a nice drinkable, well-balanced whisky!

Dalwhinnie 15-year-old

This 15 year old Highlander is a great introduction to the world of single malts. Also known as the 'honey malt', this Dalwhinnie combines fruity sweetness with the rich aromas of a long maturation. At a nice price. At 43%.

Clynelish 14-year-old

Give this 14-year-old Highlander the time to develop in the glass. You will then be rewarded with the typical Clynelish profile: waxy, honey, oranges, mint and pepper. Just to name a few. This bottle offers great value for money.

Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold

A bottling specially released by Dalwhinnie Distillery for the wintertime. This single malt whisky has been aged in casks of American and European oak. A sweet and fruity dram with woody notes. For under the Christmas tree!

Connemara Original

For those who want to get acquainted with a peated Irish single malt whiskey. This Connemara Original drinks away easily and is modestly smoky. An 'entry-level whiskey', also considering the price.

Craigellachie 13-year-old

Almost the entire production of Craigellachie disappears in blended whisky. Only 2% comes on the market as single malt bottling. And this 13-year-old is one of them. Fresh and fruity, spicy too. A real Speyside, for a very reasonable price.

Cragganmore 12-year-old

A mild, fruity and 'modest' Speysider, this Cragganmore 12. No spectacle in your glass, but a balanced complexity. Fruit and heather, a hint of grains, honey, toffee and the spiciness of oak. A dram to give a chance!

Connemara 12-year-old

This peated Irish whiskey from the Cooley Distillery is a great introduction to smoky single malt. With a nice balance between peat and smoke, light spiciness, honey, heather and even a hint of gasoline, this is a pleasant alternative to blended whisky.

Bushmills Original

This standard whiskey from Bushmills is ideal for drinking with friends or in Irish Coffee. Certainly considering the price!

Caol Ila 12-year-old

A nice example of the distillery character, this 12-year-old Caol Ila. Tough and yet subtle, and nicely balanced with the smoke and peat notes typical of Caol Ila. A good and affordable entry into the world of 'peated' Islay whisky.

Bulleit Rye

The '95' on the label of this Bulleit rye whiskey stands for the percentage of rye in the mash. And that is a lot. If you want to know what a real rye whiskey tastes like, then this American Bulleit is a good example. And that for a reasonable price!

Bulleit Bourbon

A nice introduction to bourbon whiskey, this standard bottle from Bulleit Distillery Co. A friendly price for a nice, not too complex bourbon. And then gives the extra rye in the recipe this bourbon whiskey also its own character.
