A blend of Highland single malts, that is Douglas Laing’s Timorous Beastie. This bourbon-aged edition was released in 2022. A bottling of 3,600 bottles, at a cask strength of 55.9%. Classic bourbon notes, plenty of fruit, honey, vanilla, grass and oak.

Redbreast Moscatel Wine Cask Edition

This Redbreast single pot-still whisky from the Irish Middleton Distillery is, in true Irish style, naturally triple distilled, but this edition in The Iberian Series also matured in a special combination of cask types: bourbon, Oloroso, and Moscatel! 46%

Croftengea Double Finish - Murray McDavid

In 2023, Murray McDavid released this Croftengea Double Finish in the Cask Craft series. The peated single malt whisky from the Loch Lomond Distillery is finished in both Port and Madeira casks (double-finished). 'Smoky & Fruity,' says the label. 44.5%

Auchroisk Bourbon Finish - Murray McDavid

'The art of maturation', it says on the label, and indeed, Murray McDavid has specialised in, among other things, finishing whisky. We see this in this Auchroisk single malt bottling, which has been finished in Koval bourbon quarter casks. (44.5%)
