A true 'old school' bottling, this Glen Garioch with its classic deer label. The Highland single malt whisky was released between 2006 and 2009, after 15 years of maturation in oak. Spicy, floral, sweet malt, honey, vanilla and ripe fruit. (43%)

Every Big Peat bottling is unique, and this 10-year-old Mizunara Cask Edition certainly is: it is finished in Japanese oak! It is one of the editions with which Douglas Laing celebrated its 75th anniversary. The blended Islay malt is bottled at 46%.

This bottling of Lowland single malt Auchentoshan is a prime example of the excellent value for money of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from Signatory Vintage. The 13-year-old, triple-distilled malt is finished in 1st-fill Amontillado casks. (46% ABV)

In 2017, bottler Douglas Laing released this 82nd edition of its peated Islay blended malt whisky, Big Peat. The 1,600-bottle The London Edition is, as the name suggests, intended for the British market. Bottled at 48.0% ABV.
In 2018, bottler Douglas Laing released this 84th edition of its peated Islay blended malt whisky, Big Peat. The 1,200-bottle The Kyoto Edition is destined for the Japanese market. Bottled at 50.0% ABV.
Big Peat represents a series of blends of four peated Islay single malts. The first The Robbie's Drams Edition was released in 2018. Bottled for a Scottish whisky merchant, in a limited edition of 150 bottles, at 48.0% ABV.
The label features a real old Big Peat, with an emblem on his shirt: 'LMDW 60 Anniversary'. This stands for the 60th anniversary of the French drinks retailer La Maison du Whisky. This edition of the Islay blended malt whisky was released in 2016. (50.0%)

Among the hundreds of unique Big Peat bottlings, this edition, released in 2019, is a very special one: the no less than 33-year-old blend of four Islay single malts was finished in cognac and sherry casks. 1500 bottles were bottled at 47.2% ABV.
It was back in 2016 that Douglas Laing released this Big Peat The Diplomat's Edition, in a limited run of 660 bottles, at an ABV of 46%. And naturally, this blend of Islay single malts also offers rich notes of peat smoke, seaweed, sweetness, and ash.
