A blend of Highland single malts, that is Douglas Laing’s Timorous Beastie. This 13-year-old, bourbon-aged edition was released in 2022. A bottling of 3,000 bottles, at a cask strength of 52.5%. Lots of fruit, flowers, honey, vanilla, grass, and oak.

Kanosuke Sherry Casks Vatted

A beautiful bottle to get acquainted with the single malt whisky from the Kanusoke Distillery, founded in Japan in 2018. The whisky matured in sherry casks and is bottled at 48%. Cherries, figs, milk chocolate, raisins, cocoa, cinnamon, nuts, and honey.

Laphroaig 15-year-old

The 15 is not a standard bottling from Islay distillery Laphroaig. But it is clearly a Laphroaig single malt whisky with its medicinal and smoky notes, with fruity menthol, saline notes, pear, and apple. Pleasantly complex. Bottled at 46%.

Linkwood 2015 Rolf Kaspar

In 2026, this perfectly sherried Linkwood appeared in Rolf Kaspar's Black Corbie bottling series. The Speyside single malt matured for 10 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask and was bottled from it in 296 bottles at a cask strength of 54.9% ABV.

A blend of Highland single malts, that is Douglas Laing’s Timorous Beastie. This Schüüch's Müüsli Edition was released in 2022. This blended malt was finished in Langatun Old Bear casks. A bottling of 672 bottles for the Swiss market. (51.8%)
