Lagavulin released this bottling for the 2019 Islay whisky festival, Feis Ile. The peated single malt whisky matured for 19 years in sherried American oak casks. The combination of 'Lagavulin' and 'sherry' resulted in a superb dram! (53.8% ABV)
With this 15-year-old Redbreast, Ireland's Midleton Distillery has created a fine example of pot-still whisky. Made from barley malt and unmalted barley, the whisky is triple distilled and matured in bourbon and sherry casks. (Bottled in 2011, 46% ABV)
This 10-year-old bottling from Highland distillery Edradour is finished in two select Italian first-fill Sauvignon Blanc casks. This has resulted in a beautifully balanced, rich, and intense single malt whisky. Released in a limited edition. (48.2% ABV)
In early 2025, Scotland's Little Gem, Highland distillery Edradour, bottled this 12-year-old single malt whisky, matured in three fresh Cabernet Sauvignon casks. It's a balanced dram, without the influence of the wine casks being overpowering. (48.2%)
This Edradour single malt whisky matured for nearly 13 years in four select Pinot Noir casks. The Highlander is bottled from these casks at a strength of 48.2% ABV. It's a fruity dram (think red fruit, apple juice, grapes, and berries) with woody notes.

The single malt from Ardara Distillery is the only Irish whisky that is a heavily peated 'all grain' in Donegal style. Another unique feature is that maturation begins according to the solera method. Aged in Oloroso, bourbon, and virgin oak casks.(46%)
In 1996, the Lowland distillery Littlemill closed its doors for good. Four years earlier, the spirit for this bottling was casked (1st fill sherry) and bottled 21 years later, in 2013, by Hart Brothers in their Finest Collection at 53.0% ABV.
About ten years ago, Speyside Distillery Knockdhu released this 22-year-old anCnoc single malt whisky (anCnoc is the brand under which they produce their whisky). The whisky matured in bourbon and sherry casks. Rich, complex, with a smoky finish. (46%)
In February 2015, the second edition of BenRiach's Solstice single malt whisky was bottled. The Speysider first matured in bourbon casks and then matured in Tawny Port casks for a total of 17 years. This whisky is intensely fruity and smoky. (50%)
This 20-year-old Glenrothes single malt whisky was released in 2017 as part of Antique Lions of Spirits' Butterflies series. The Speysider matured in a sherry cask, revealing notes of chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, and toffee. (57% cask strength)
Islay single malt Bowmore often scores high, and this bottling from Antique Lions of Spirits certainly does, scoring over 91 points! The peated whisky matured for 25 years in a select bourbon cask. A complex, gently smoky dram with maritime notes. (48.7%)
Antique Lions of Spirits is known for its 'long-matured' bottlings. Take this Bladnoch single malt whisky, bottled in 2017. The Lowlander matured for 27 years in a bourbon cask and emerged from it as a creamy, rich, fragrant, and powerful dram. (49.4%)
A whole range of 28-year-old single malt whiskies can be found in the 2016 series The Birds from Antique Lions of Spirits. This Blair Athol is one of them. Matured in a bourbon cask and bottled at 51.2% ABV. Oily, caramel, nuts, wood, and a touch of soap.
