This 10-year-old Wolfburn single malt whisky is a single-cask release celebrating the 20th edition of the Pot Still Festival in the Netherlands in 2024. The Highland malt matured in a large second-fill Oloroso sherry cask and was bottled at 50.0% strength
When this Seagram's V.O. Canadian Whisky was bottled for the Dutch market, we do not know. Back then, by purchasing this 6-year-old blended Canadian whisky in a 350 ml bottle, you had a chance to win a belt, but those times are over. (40%)
In the APEX series, Tel Aviv's M&H Distillery releases this 3-year-old single malt whisky, aged in casks that previously held fortified red wine. The whisky is distilled from peated barley malt. An earthy dram with hints of peat smoke and tobacco. (55.3%)
This M&H single malt whisky matured for 4 years in white port casks. The influence of these ex-dessert wine casks is mainly found in the rich honey-like notes. This is the 4th edition in the Art & Craft - Dessert Wine Casks series, bottled at 53.6%.
Under the Baker's label, Jim Beam distils a bourbon that is fermented with a different yeast than usual and comes out of the still at a lower alcohol percentage, which gives it an extra mild character. This 7-year-old Baker's is bottled at 53.5%.
In this Springbank, bottled at the beginning of this century, you can fully recognize the classic and by many appreciated distillery character. The 10-year-old Campbeltonian single malt whisky was bottled at 100º proof or 57%. We only have one bottle!
In 2007, this Special Edition of the Isle of Jura single malt whisky was released. It is a blend of 10 to 14-year-old Jura malts. In this well-balanced whisky, you will find notes like orange and rhubarb, as well as almonds and a hint of smoke. (43%)
In 2010, the Dutch Usquebaugh Society existed for 20 years. This was celebrated with this fine Longrow bottling of 258 bottles at cask strength (57.0%). The peated single malt whisky matured for 10 years in a refill bourbon cask. A unique opportunity!
Nine years ago, Springbank bottled this by them distilled 16-year-old single malt whisky for the Dutchmen Hans, Piet, René, Dave, Piet and Henk. And now one of those bottles with the bourbon matured classic Campbeltonian is in our shop! (57.7% ABV)
This is a bottle from batch #3 of Benromach 2014 single malt whisky in the Cask Strength series. The malt aged for about 10 years in sherry and bourbon casks. A full-bodied dram with notes like stewed fruit, marmalade, a hint of smoke and aniseed. (60.6%)
Jasmine tea, orange blossom, almond, dark chocolate, fudge, honey and a hint of cinnamon. You can find all these notes and more in this Cley single malt whisky. The 5-year-old Rotterdam malt is finished for 1.5 years in an ex-moscatel quarter cask. (50%)

About 10 years ago, Isle of Harris Distillers opened its doors on the Scottish island of the same name. Under the brand The Hearach, they now have released about 25 bottlings, including this one. The single malt whisky aged in a 1st-fill Oloroso cask. 46%
Blended Scotch is the most sold whisky. Usually, these are the easy drams that you drink with ice or in a cola. But sometimes a blend deserves extra attention, like this Seven Stars: 60% malt, at least 1 year Oloroso finish. Old-fashioned good! (46%)
Quality bottler Whisky AGE from Taiwan released 233 bottles of the solid Speyside malt Glentauchers. The single malt whisky matured for 15 years in a 1st-fill bourbon barrel before being bottled at a cask strength of 54.6%. A funny label is included.
Always funny, those labels by Whisky AGE, but of course it's about the content of their bottles. And there's nothing wrong with that! Take this Craigellachie single malt whisky: it matured for 15 years in a cask that previously contained Caol Ila. (54.2%)

Longrow is the name under which the Springbank Distillery releases a peated malt. Smoke, peat, and malt are clearly present, and also salt, citrus and, for example, grass. And there is the influence of the bourbon casks on which this malt matured. (46%)

The whiskies in Decadent Drinks' Equinox & Solstice series are always bottled at the easy drinking strength of 48.5%. That goes also for this Autumn Edition, a Caol Ila single malt whisky that matured for 11 years in an Oloroso European oak cask.
Curious about Chapter 3 of Decadent Drinks' epic Whiskyland? Here it is! It's a 31-year-old Glen Grant single malt whisky that matured in a refill bourbon cask. This Speyside malt is distilled in extra-lean stills and has a light, crisp profile. (52.7%)
