Aultmore 2010 Le Gus't

Most of the single malt from the 130-year-old Aultmore Distillery can be found in Dewar's blended whisky, but single malt bottlings occasionally appear, such as this one from Le Gus't. The Speysider matured for 15 years in a bourbon barrel. (57.1% ABV)

Glasgow Distillery 2016 Le Gus't

The French bottler Le Gus't is releasing a special bottling of a single malt from the Glasgow Distillery, founded in 2012. The whisky matured for 9 years in a Vin de Paille wine cask. Rich in flavour: dried fruit, dates, nuts, and more. (57.9% ABV)

Littlemill 1988 Malts of Scotland

You don't come across many new Littlemill bottlings these days. But older bottlings like this one from Malts of Scotland are worth mentioning. The Littlemill single malt matured in a sherry cask for over 25 years, from 1988 to 2013. (52.1% ABV)

Littlemill 1990 Malts of Scotland - Quax Edition 2015

Malts of Scotland bottled this highly regarded Littlemill single malt in 2015 specifically for a German flying club. The whisky from the Lowland distillery, which closed in 1996, matured for about 25 years in a bourbon cask and was bottled at 50.2% ABV.

Edradour 2016 - Sauternes Casks

The smallest classic Highland distillery, Edradour, released a limited edition 10-year-old bottling of its single malt whisky here, fully matured in 1st-fill Sauternes casks. The casks come from a famous Bordeaux winery. A perfect spirit-cask balance. 46%

Speyside (M) 2008 Signatory - 100 Proof Exceptional #16

The 100 Proof-Exceptional Cask series from Signatory Vintage guarantees whisky with an excellent price-quality ratio. Take this Speyside (M) single malt (the M stands for Macallan, by the way). It matured for 17 years in first-fill sherry casks. (57.1%)

Tomintoul 1967 Mo Òr Collection

We rarely have a whisky with a 1967 vintage in stock. This Tomintoul single malt from The Whisky Talker, bottled in 2010, is one of them! The Speysider matured for 43 years in a bourbon cask. A true 'old school' whisky, and it scores nearly 92 points! 46%

Tomatin 1976 Mo Òr Collection

With one exception, the last The Whisky Talker bottlings were released in 2011. This 34-year-old Tomatin single malt is one of them. The Highland malt (vintage 1976) matured in a sherry cask. With its balanced sherry notes, it scores 90.7 points! (46%)

Ayrshire 1974 Mo Òr Collection

'Rare Ayrshire' says the label, and that is absolutely correct! It is a bottling of single malt whisky from the long-closed Ladyburn Distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland. The spirit went into the cask in 1974 to emerge 36 years later as single malt! (46%)

Macduff 1973 Mo Òr Collection

Bottler The Whisky Talker was known for the high quality of its bottlings. A fine example is this Macduff, bottled in 2010. The Highland single malt whisky (vintage 1973) matured for no less than 37 years in a bourbon cask! Seize your chance! (46%)

Glen Moray 1989 Mo Òr Collection

After 2011, virtually no more bottlings were released by the Dutch bottler The Whisky Talker. This Glen Moray was released in 2010 in the Mo Òr Collection. The Speyside single malt matured for 21 years in a bourbon cask. Creamy, fruity, and chocolate. 46%

Bunnahabhain 1968 Mo Òr Collection

In 2011, bottler The Whisky Talker released this truly special Bunnahabhain single malt in its Mo Òr Collection. The spirit for this whisky flowed out of the still in 1968, into a sherry cask, and was bottled as whisky from it 42 years later! (46%)

North Highland 08-year-old Phil & Simon Thompson

This North Highland blended malt is a tribute from Thompson Bros to the whisky of the Northern Highlands. It is an 8-year-old blend of Glen Ord and Clynelish single malts, with notes such as orchard fruit, heather honey, and coastal minerality. (44.9%)

North British 1991 Phil & Simon Thompson

Thompson Bros. presents a fine single grain whisky here, also at a fine price. It is a 33-year-old, bourbon-aged North British. Thanks to years of 'angel's share', the grain came out of the cask at only 40.1%. It's a very pleasant drinkable dram!

Glen Garioch 1998 Phil & Simon Thompson

Glen Garioch is one of those not-so-well-known single malts that nevertheless always manages to attract the attention of whisky connoisseurs. Thompson Bros. has released this 27-year-old bottling of the whisky, which matured in a fino sherry cask. (49.3%)

Strathclyde 1994 Fragrant Drops

The Strathclyde Distillery has produced only grain whisky since 1975, for the blending industry, and single grain bottlings actually only come from independent bottlers, such as Fragrant Drops. This grain matured for 31 years in a bourbon cask. (45.1%)

Dailuaine 2013 Fragrant Drops

Artistic labels and beautiful bottles characterise Fragrant Drops bottlings, but of course, it's primarily about the whiskies inside those bottles. And that is certainly the case, as with this 12-year-old, bourbon-aged Dailuaine single malt. (57.2%)

Cooley 2002 Scout Drinks

The high scores of previous bottlings prove that the Taiwanese bottler Scout Drinks has a good nose for whisky. This 23-year-old, bourbon-aged bottling of a single malt from the Irish Cooley distillery will undoubtedly also impress. (57.7% cask strength)

Glenrothes 2006 The Whisky Baron

Bottler and whisky promoter The Whisky Baron released this Glenrothes single malt in 2019. The Speysider matured for 12 years in a first-fill sherry cask. The sherry influences are clearly present, but the Glenrothes character remains intact. (57%)

Glenlivet 2006 Decadent Drinks

Caol Ila 1981 Cadenhead's

A 37-year-old Caol Ila with a vintage year of 1981! Now we are really talking about an 'old school' whisky. The peated Islay single malt matured in a bourbon cask. Full and rich, round and powerful, with a subtle peat smoke and maritime elements. (53.4%)

The Teuchter 18-year-old Decadent Drinks

With the Teuchter bottlings, Decadent Drinks aims to celebrate the wild spirit of the Highlands with modern, lively single malts. For example, with this 18-year-old, very drinkable, well-balanced Tomatin, which matured in a sherry cask. (47.2% ABV)

Ardmore 1998 Decadent Drinks

The whisky in this bottling is not as old as the label suggests, but with 27 years of cask maturation, this Ardmore single malt certainly has a respectable age. The lightly peated Highland whisky matured in a refill and a 2nd-fill PX cask. (52.8%)
