Many Fragrant Drops bottlings have been finished. That is also the case with this Madeira-cask finished Secret Speyside. We don't know which Speyside distillery this single malt whisky comes from, but we do know that it's 13 years old and 51.4% strong.
Cambus's turbulent history as a grain distillery dates back to 1836 and ended with its closure in 1993. Fortunately, bottlings of this single-grain whisky are still being released, such as this Fragrant Drops. (40 years old, sherry-matured, 45.6% ABV)
This Fragrant Drops bottling, naturally bearing an etched-like label, is a 12-year-old Balblair single malt whisky. The Highlander has been finished for a full three years in a Sauternes wine barrique and is bottled at 58.2% cask strength in 274 bottles.
In 2015, InchDairnie Distillery was established in the Scottish Lowlands, producing whisky from regional grains. Curious? This Fragrant Drops release is a 4-year-old single malt whisky finished in a virgin Chinquapin oak cask and bottled at 59.8% ABV.
Dailuaine is a Speyside distillery whose single malt whisky isn't very well-known because most of it disappears in blended whisky. Fortunately, there are bottlings like this Fragrant Drops! This 10-year-old malt is finished in a tequila cask. (58.9% ABV)

This is the 3rd edition in Bowmore's Aston Martin Masters' Selection series, the result of a collaboration between the Islay distillery and the renowned car manufacturer. The single malt whisky matured for 22 years in American oak and Oloroso casks. 51.4%
To celebrate its eighth anniversary, the Belgian distillery De Molenberg, known for its Gouden Carolus whisky bottlings, released this Bajan in 2021. The single malt whisky matured for 5 years in Barbados rum casks and is bottled at 46% ABV.
Speyside distillery Macallan is best known for its sherried single malt whisky. Macallan became well-known with its older bottlings, but its newer releases are also impressive, such as this 18-year-old from 2023 in the Sherry Oak Cask series. (43% ABV)
A warm, dense dram where the many notes and aromas battle for dominance: that's how you could describe this Glen Moray single malt whisky. The Speysider matured for 10 years in a second-fill sherry cask before Decadent Drinks bottled it at 57.1% ABV.
An independent bottling of Springbank whisky isn't something you see very often. But here it is, as Chapter 19 of Decadent Drinks' Whiskyland epic! The Campbeltown single malt matured for 25 years in a bourbon cask. A delicate and complex dram. (42.2%)
In Cadenhead's bottling series Enigma, the distillery remains unnamed. This release, by the way, is the single malt from a Highland distillery known for its tall stills. In any case, at 40 years old, this dram is certainly special! (44.5% cask strength)
With Cadenhead's new Enigma series, they let you guess which whisky it is. We think that won't be too difficult with this Orkney. This single malt from one of the two distilleries on the Orkneys matured for eight years in bourbon casks. Bottled at 57.5%.
We've received new bottlings from Cadenhead's Original Collection, and this Craigellachie is one of them. This single malt whisky from the Speyside distillery, which has been in business for over 130 years, matured for 18 years in Oloroso casks. (46% ABV)
A 16-year-old Highland single malt whisky matured in manzanilla sherry casks at a very attractive price. That's this Tomatin bottling from Cadenhead in their renowned Original Collection with its distinctive bottles, released in 2025. (46% ABV)
In 1975, the spirit for this Ardbeg was vatted, to be released 25 years later, in 2000, as an exemplary old-style Islay single malt whisky. An oily, full-bodied, complex, and delicate dram with relatively mild peat smoke notes due to its age. (43% ABV)
Lagmore is the name bottler Living Souls gives to this blended malt whisky, which is essentially a Ballindalloch single malt whisky with a teaspoon of another single malt mixed in. This 10-year-old Speyside malt matured in first-fill bourbon casks. (48%)
This Torabhaig single malt is one of the first independent bottlings from the young Skye-based distillery, bottled by newcomer Living Souls. The whisky matured for 7 years in bourbon casks. Bonfire smoke, orchard fruit, and maritime notes. (51.5% ABV)
Living Souls entered the whisky market in 2024. Until now, they primarily bottled blended Scotch whiskies, but they also release single malts and, like this Williamson, blended malts. The 'teaspooned' Laphroaig matured for 13 years in a bourbon cask. 46%
Founded in 2019, Holyrood Distillery produces single malt whisky under the Fragrant Drops brand, using old Edinburgh brewing and distilling recipes. This bottling was released in 2025, after the malt had matured for 5 years in a bourbon cask. (57.6% ABV)
