Ardnamurchan AD/ Cask Strength 58.3% 2024

A new Ardnamurchan Cask Strength Release, the AD/03.24! This edition is distilled from 87% peated and 13% unpeated barley malt, and the single malt whisky was matured mostly (90%) in bourbon casks and the rest in sherry casks. Bottled at 58.3% ABV.

Caperdonich 17-year-old Cadenhead's

In 2002, the Speyside distillery Caperdonich closed; this Cadenhead's bottling dates from long before that. Sometime in the 1980s, this 17-year-old Speyside single malt appeared on the Italian market in a 75cl Dumpy Bottle. (bottled at 45.7% ABV)

Glenfiddich 1963 Vintage Reserve

After being laid down in 1963, this Glenfiddich single malt whisky was bottled as a Vintage Reserve at the age of 35, just in the previous century. Distillery single-cask bottlings were still a rarity at the time, so this is a real collector's item! 47.6%

Benromach 16-year-old Cadenhead's

This bottle dates back to the time when 'single malt' was called 'pure malt', and when Cadenhead still bottled in dumpy bottles. The bottle contains a 16-year-old Benromach single malt whisky, at the time intended for the Italian market. (45.7%, 75cl)

Glen Grant 1975 Jack Wiebers Whisky World

If you're looking for a solidly sherried 'old skool' whisky, this 2009 Jack Wiebers bottling is definitely for you! The Glen Grant single malt whisky matured from 1975 on for 34 years in a 'very dark' sherry cask. It was bottled at 50.5% cask strength.

Bunnahabhain 1976 Jack Wiebers Whisky World

This is a special bottle in more ways than one: it is a Bunnahabhain single malt whisky that is no less than 31 years old, and, besides that, it is from a Jack Wiebers bottling from 2008, with a vintage of 1976! The malt aged in a sherry cask. (46.5%)

Mars Komagatake - Japanese Spring

This Mars Komagatake single malt whisky is released in the Japanese Spring series. Behind the label with colourful cherry blossom lies a fruity, elegant whisky with floral notes and vanilla that aged partly in bourbon and partly in virgin oak casks. (48%)

Single Malt Irish Whiskey 2001 Rolf Kaspar - Lichtburg #9

Edition no. 9 of Rolf Kaspar's Lichtburg - Historic Series is another 21-year- old Irish single malt whisky. Just like edition no. 8 it matured in an ex-rum cask and of course this malt is also bottled at cask strength (53.5%). Highly recommended!

Single Malt Irish Whiskey 2001 Rolf Kaspar - Lichtburg #8

Rolf Kaspar specializes in bottlings of Irish whisky, among other things. The bottler achieved high marks with previous editions, and this single malt whisky will be no different. It matured for 21 years in an ex-rum cask. It was bottled at 53.6%

Raasay 2021 - Quercus Humboldtii Colombian Oak

With its Oak Species Maturation Series, Distilleerderij Raasay wants to demonstrate how the type of oak on which the single malt whisky matures affects the taste. This 3-year-old malt matured in Andean oak barrels. Experience how it tastes! (50.7%)

Teaninich 11-year-old James Eadie

'The Highlands meet Andalucia', that's how you could describe this bottling from James Eadie. It is an 11-year-old single malt whisky from the Teaninich Distillery in the northern Highlands that is finished in classic, European oak Malaga casks. (48.3%)

Benrinnes 2011 Caskshare

Almost all editions of Benrinnes single malt whisky come from independent bottlers. This is a good example. For this Caskshare bottling, the Speysider matured for 12 years in an Oloroso sherry cask before it was bottled at 55.7% cask strength.

Cambus 1989 Caskshare

In 1993, Lowlands grain distillery Cambus closed. In 2021, bottler Caskshare released this edition. The single grain whisky had matured in a bourbon cask since 1989, so at 32 years old, it was bottled at 52.0% cask strength. For the grain lover!

Hibiki 21-year-old

This is a blend of carefully selected Japanese whiskies, the youngest of which is no less than 21 years old! These are Yamazaki and Hakushu single malt and Chita grain whisky that are blended in Japanese oak casks. (bottled at 43%)

In their Sherry Collection, Tomatin Distillery shows the influence of different types of ex-sherry casks on their single malt whisky. For this edition, the 15-year-old Highlander matured for three years in unique Palo Cortado casks. (limited edition, 46%)

Laphroaig 10-year-old - New label since 2023

The standard Laphroaig 10 has long been one of the icons of the peated single malt whisky from the Scottish island of Islay. Until recently, the bottle always came in a tube, but since 2023 it comes in a box. The label also has a new design. (40%)

Maker's Mark Stave Profile No. 46

Bottled a while ago but interesting enough to place in the shop, this Maker's Mark 46 Red Wax. The Kentucky straight bourbon whisky started out as a standard Mark 46 but was finished in casks with 10 French oak staves each. For an extra twist. (47%)

Glenallachie 12-year-old - New label

If you are looking for an affordable, heavily sherried single malt whisky in which you can clearly taste the distillery's character, then this 12-year-old standard Glenallachie is the right choice for you. It aged in Oloroso and PX casks. (new label, 46%)

Glenmorangie 15-year-old - The Cadboll Estate Batch 4

This is a 'single barley estate' Glenmorangie, distilled from barley from one farm: The Cadboll Estate. The single malt whisky matured for 15 years in select 'designer' bourbon casks. A silky, creamy dram with notes of honey, apricot and pear. 43%

Glenturret 15-year-old - 2024 Release - max 1 bottle p.p.

Glenturret calls itself on the label the oldest working distillery in Scotland. In any case, with the Maiden Release in 2020, Glenturret launched a new standard bottling, a 15-year-old single malt whisky. This is the 2024 edition. Bottled at 50.8%.

Glen Grant 1961 - 21 years old bottled for Zenith Italy

You can't go wrong with a Glen Grant single malt whisky, but with this bottle you really get something exceptional! The spirit for this 21-year-old Speysider was vatted in a bourbon cask almost 75 years ago. It came out of that cask in 1984. (45%)
