We have some fine Caperdonich bottlings and this one from Duncan Taylor from 2010 is definitely one of them! The Speyside single malt whisky, vintage year 1972, matured no less than 38 years in a bourbon cask. A classic fruit bomb bottled at 51.8%.

This Cley single malt whisky matured for 3 years in a bourbon cask and 1.5 years in a Palo Cortado octave. Palo Cortado is a fairly rare sherry with the fullness of Oloroso and the freshness of Amontillado. You can really taste that in this dram. (52%)

This Clonakilty Port Cask Finish is a single-cask bottling specially for the Dutch market. The Irish single-pot still whisky from the Scully family farm distillery has been finished in a port cask and bottled in 914 bottles at 53.0%.
This is a true Irish whisky (or 'whiskey' as they write it there). This Clonakilty is distilled from unmalted barley from the family farm. Triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured in bourbon, oloroso, and amontillado casks. (46% ABV)

Looking for an old-school Clynelish? Look no further! Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2007 after double maturation in Oloroso-seco casks, this single malt’s distillery character holds its own very well amid all the sherry influences. ( Bottled at 46%)
This peated Irish whiskey from the Cooley Distillery is a great introduction to smoky single malt. With a nice balance between peat and smoke, light spiciness, honey, heather and even a hint of gasoline, this is a pleasant alternative to blended whisky.

A new bottling in Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection: a 17-year-old Craigellachie single malt whisky. The Speysider is finished in a first-fill Madeira hogshead and bottled at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV. Excellent value for money!
Craigellachie had been quietly distilling its whisky since 1891, but that changed in 2014 with the release of several highly rated single malts. This is one of them: a Speysider matured for 23 years in bourbon casks. A versatile and balanced dram. (46%)
